Starting 15th Oct 2011, Indian clients will be charged Service Tax @ 10.3% on the invoice value. ST will not be applicable on Domain Registrations.
EDIT: Starting 1st April 2012, ST is also applicable on Domain Registrations and all other services for Indian clients.
